Recostar Pro

After buying a subscription for Recostar Pro, you can record up to 300 minutes of phone calls per month. If you want to record more calls you have to top up your balance, and buy credits within the app.
Yes, you can. International calls are not included into a subscriptionof the Recostar Pro and must be paid separately. In order to record those calls, you have to purchase additional credits. International calls are billed per minute in accordance with your tariff plan.
To record calls we use a phone service that process calls and does actual call recording. During a call from the app, you connect to that phone service, then your call is forwarded to a callie phone number automatically.
Not realy. You might need a call-forwarding service but usually it’s available by default.

Recostar Free

  • Make sure you have the “3-way call” service enabled. For that, follow the instructions of your mobile carrier.
  • Carefully watch the video provided on the “Support” page of the application.
  • Send a request to our technical support team from the application.
  • Try to use Recostar Pro version which works with all mobile carriers.
The application Recostar Free is free of charge but your mobile carrier may apply additional expenses for the “3-way call” service and connections to a number of our platform.
Unfortunately, that service is an essential part of the Recostar Free application but you can use Recostar Pro version which works on a different principle.
All major carriers are supported, providing that you have a working “3-way call” service.
We have to follow policy applied by Apple and Google that forbids a call recording using the API. The only way to do so, using an external service, such as Recostar.
For this version we don’t use paid phone services, so we can provide the service for free as well.
